Ali Professional, Business Unit of Ali SpA, specialized in Head Hunting for Manager / Director profiles, is supporting a prime multi-national Company with focus on for HORECA Channel. For the Italian Sales Branch based in VENICE-MESTRE area, I am looking for the Position of:
Product Marketing Manager HORECA / Professional
The role will report to the Global Marketing Manager based in the HQ (Northern Europe). This role is a new Position created in the Organization Chart of each Sales Branch all around EMEA. The role will develop LOCAL Marketing MIX activities accordingly to the GLOBAL Marketing strategies decided by the HQ.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Conception, implementation, analysis and further development of customer lifecycle management, considering all customer touch points
experience in telemarketing and lifecycle management to generate pipeline and additional services during the customers' lifecycle
Sets the regional goals, defines and implements the marketing strategy, connected to the general strategy of the area, in coordination with the GM and area marketing
Represents the Italian Country, bringing back with the Marketing Director requirements and awareness of local region to the area marketing team
Plans and manages Exhibitions (I.E. SIGEP, HOST) and marketing communication
Collaborates with the area marketing and agrees the rollout of central campaigns to the region
5 people managed: Marketing, Inide Sales & BDM, Product Application, Pre-Sales + 2 Chefs
EXPERIENCE
Marketing professional with long-term experience in commercial B2B marketing for HORECA CHANNEL and in field marketing
Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales; telemarketing exp. highly desirable
Marketing automation and customer lifecycle management experience and understanding of CRM (I.E) Salesforce
Strong, tested experience working within an international organization
Experience working in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and resolve conflict across different functional areas in a matrix organization, demonstrating skills in influencing, negotiating, and the ability to work in with ambiguity
Bachelor level degree or professional qualification in marketing or related subject

Highly organized and data driven, ensuring all decisions are informed with the right insight and supported with the relevant reporting
Fluent English , German or French could be a plus

Leadership skills with the ability to empower and inspire the team to create additional customer benefits
Ability to foresee, interpret and rapidly respond to market changes by adjusting marketing strategies and realigning priorities
Deep understanding of sales cycles, buyers, customer needs, and the customer lifecycle management
Executive level interpersonal and problem solving skills with the ability to challenge internal teams, successfully influence and quickly build credibility to maximize organizational growth and profitability
Strong service oriented and consultative marketing approach in order to effectively engage with KAM, NAM and BDM colleagues
Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget
